Job summary

Moran Environmental Recovery is seeking an Environmental Field Laborer (Field Tech) to support remediation and industrial maintenance projects. You will work under supervision, adhere to health and safety protocols, and ensure accurate completion of project paperwork.

The role requires physical capability to work outdoors in varying conditions, with potential two-week out-of-town travel. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent reading, writing and reasoning skills.
• Experience in emergency response, manual labor, general construction and/or industrial cleaning preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• TWIC preferred.
• OSHA 40-HR HAZWOPER & Confined Space Entry certifications are desired but not required.
• Background and pre-employment screenings will be conducted to ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work on remediation and industrial maintenance projects under supervision.
• Complete all MER paperwork (Timesheets, Daily Work Reports, Driver's Logs, Tailgate Safety Forms).
• Follow project scope, schedules and corporate policies with strict compliance.
• Work safely in all weather and site conditions.
• Adapt to varying dimensions and physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Read, speak and understand English and follow safety literature and site plans.
