Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Environmental Engineer I to join the Remediation team in the Environment business line in Atlanta. The role is approximately 60% field work and 40% office work, with travel to various sites and a start plan for June 2027.

Hybrid work model available at US - Atlanta, GA location. You will support site investigation, design and implementation of remediation programs, data analysis, and report preparation under supervision, using CAD, GIS, data tools, and standard

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field; 0 years experience
• Knowledge of environmental remediation concepts and field procedures
• Ability to use MS Office suite and basic engineering software

Responsibilities

• Support site assessment and remediation projects both in field and office
• Visit client facilities for site assessments
• Collect and analyze environmental data to support regulatory compliance
• Prepare technical memoranda and reports
• Assist with budgeting and scheduling under supervision
• Travel locally and potentially overnight as project needs
