Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced remediation contractors to join our network for residential and property-related repair projects. This 1099 opportunity offers flexible scheduling, fast payment processing, and local project visibility within your service area.

Contractors will independently oversee remediation and restoration projects, coordinate with clients and project managers, and maintain high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of remediation or property repair experience.
• Active General Liability Insurance (COI) required.

Responsibilities

• Assess property damage and determine remediation solutions.
• Develop repair and remediation plans based on project scope.
• Coordinate with project managers, tenants, homeowners, and clients as needed.
• Schedule and oversee crews or subcontractors when applicable.
• Maintain project timelines, communication, and quality standards.
• Submit progress updates, photos, and final documentation through the portal system.
