This entry-level role supports disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing in a remanufacturing environment, under guidance of more senior technicians. The 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) offers a $20.50 hourly pay rate and a chance to learn core remanufacturing processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring basic mechanical proficiency and willingness to learn remanufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble components following established work instructions and procedures
• Perform basic inspections to identify obvious wear, damage, or defects
• Assist with repairs, part replacements, and adjustments under supervision
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and correctly
• Support functional testing and quality checks as directed
• Read and follow work orders, job instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Accurately record work performed and parts used
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and PPE requirements
• Notify leads or supervisors of quality concerns, defects, or safety issues
• Support team members and assist Level 2 or Level 3 technicians as needed

Job Summary

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience
• Technical training, vocational coursework, or on-the-job mechanical experience
• Familiarity with basic measuring tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop environment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing or remanufacturing facility
• Exposure to machinery, tools, oils, and cleaning materials
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required
