Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Associate degree or Industrial Skills Training/Certificate preferred.
• Ability to make precise coordinated movements of fingers to disassemble/assemble small objects.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills; able to work without direct supervision.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Safety-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate remanufactured parts.
• Disassemble assemblies for remanufacture.
• Clean, prep, and paint assemblies for remanufacturing.
• Rebuild components to create complete assemblies.
• Perform quality checks and final inspections prior to shipping.
• Rotate through all tasks in production processes.
• Maintain paperwork to ensure data accuracy.
• Operate machinery for manufacturing and assembly.
• Support machinist staff.
• Prepare parts for shipments to customers.
• Keep shop areas clean and organized.
