Accelleron is seeking a hands-on technician for the REMAN Center in Bolingbrook, IL. You will contribute to Phase 1 and Phase 2 production, performing dismantling, cleaning, inspection, and assembly of turbomachinery and related components for the company’s turbocharger families.

The role requires using hand tools, torches, cranes, and automated equipment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and timely delivery within a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Background in engines or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Prior experience with remanufacturing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, clean, and assemble turbomachinery and components for turbocharger families.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards; follow work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, torches, cranes and power tools as part of Phase 1/2 activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and safety practices.
