Job summary

Accelleron in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Production Technician to support the REMAN Center's Phase 1 production. You will dismantle and clean turbomachinery and components for all turbocharger families, using manual and automated methods, with cross-functional collaboration to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

This day shift role runs Monday through Friday with mandatory overtime; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years production experience, plus mechanical

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a production environment.
• Background in engines or similar mechanical systems is a plus.
• Prior experience with remanufacturing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and comply with OHS policy.
• Use hand tools, torch, crane, and pneumatic/hydraulic tools.
• Operate abrasive cabinets, wheel blasting machines, tank cleaners, conveyors.
• Perform daily pre-use checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in training programs and adapt to changing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and productivity.
