Qualifications

• The MDM Analyst will analyze, design, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions across customer, supplier, product, and location domains.
• Candidates should have strong SQL, data analysis, ETL/API, MDM and data-governance knowledge, excellent communication, and experience delivering scalable solutions in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Profiling source data; defining data models, mappings, validation rules, match-and-merge and survivorship logic; executing cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and remediation; monitoring data-quality KPIs.
• Partner business data owners, stewards, architects, and application teams to define governance standards, metadata, reference data, workflows, and access controls.
• Support integrations, testing, releases, production incidents, audit evidence, documentation, and user training, while driving continuous improvement.
• Work on competitive salary and benefits package and culture focused on talent development with regular promotions and education/certifications.
