Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Counselor to develop Guides and lead life-skills workshops for K-8 students. You will coach Teams, use performance data to improve outcomes, and manage a student cohort with high standards. A strong background in education, leadership, and youth development is required.

On-site roles across Dallas/Fort Worth area with relocation support. Day-one health benefits and a focus on fostering confidence, resilience, and leadership in students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or a related field.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults with authority over performance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
• Build a coaching culture where Guides help students become confident, disciplined, and capable.
