Job summary

Alpha is hiring a dedicated Educational Consultant to build a coaching culture that helps guides mentor 5–14-year-old students across Dallas, OKC, Austin, and Fort Worth campuses. You will lead cohorts, deliver evidence-based life skills programs, and use data to drive weekly improvements while upholding high standards.

The role centers on coaching excellence rather than traditional teaching, with relocation support and on-site campus work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.
• Experience leading an ongoing team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Track record of building or growing a program, team, school, or initiative from the ground up.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics and data to diagnose problems and deliver results.
• Willingness to work in a school that rejects traditional pedagogy.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency, energy, and uncompromising standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use student and Guide performance data to identify coaching opportunities, remove barriers, and drive improvements.
• Lead motivation sessions that help every student take ownership of ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort while modeling coaching excellence and accountability.
