Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support Epic’s staff, customers, and global training programs. The role combines hands-on infrastructure work with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services.

The position requires relocation to the Madison, WI area and offers comprehensive relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• PowerShell experience is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support Epic's staff, customers, and global training programs.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering Epic training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to improve automation, security hardening, and reliability of services.
