Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant. Relocation is required for this role, and you will be accountable for financial performance, guest hospitality and team leadership.

You will manage inventory, perform P&L analysis, and implement HR decisions while building a positive work environment and ensuring consistency in service across shifts. Pay starts between $43,888 and $59,050 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
