Confidential Single Family Office in Florida seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead accounting, treasury, tax planning, and investment reporting for a diversified wealth portfolio.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee approximately 80 entities and 50 trusts, driving strategic financial planning and building a high-caliber finance team in a multigenerational context. Relocation is provided, with base 300k–400k plus a 30% annual bonus, totaling 390k–520k.

Qualificações

• Prior family office experience is required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of complex trust structures, estate planning, taxation, and multigenerational wealth management.
• Experience overseeing diversified investment portfolios, including alternative investments and private equity.
• Ability to evaluate investment opportunities and collaborate with external professionals.
• Executive presence, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Hands-on leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls across entities and trusts.
• Monitor investment performance and relationship with investment managers.
• Coordinate tax planning, estate planning, and trust administration with external advisors.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity management, financing strategies, and banking relationships.
• Provide financial oversight across ~80 entities and 50 trusts.
• Collaborate with CEO and family stakeholders on investment decisions and risk management.
• Lead and develop the finance team and pursue systems improvements.
• Support philanthropy reporting and compliance.
