Qualifications

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree.
• Large-volume experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Compose and scratch-bake goods like croissants, pastries, and more.
• Work alongside culinary professionals in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Create and trial new recipes as part of daily changing menus.
