Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume hotels, lifestyle properties, or upscale venues.
• Strong financial acumen with labor and food-cost controls.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop diverse culinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations across all outlets including restaurants, banquets, in-room dining, and events.
• Lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Coach and develop Sous Chefs and staff, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Collaborate on seasonal menus, recipe standardization, and innovative offerings.
• Manage labor planning, inventory, purchasing, and food costs to drive profitability.
