Salisbury VA Health Care System is recruiting a full-time Deputy Chief of Staff to serve as the Chief of Staff's primary backup. You will lead clinical programs, oversee credentialing and research, and drive quality improvement while collaborating with the executive team.

Ideal candidates hold an MD/DO with an unrestricted U.S. license, and board certification is preferred with 3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Relocation incentives are available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.
• U.S. Citizenship (citizenship rules apply as noted in posting)
• Board certification preferred and at least 3 years of leadership experience

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead physician for access, quality, and clinical programs.
• Oversee credentialing, education, research, and care delivery.
• Lead quality improvement, compliance, and utilization management initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership in resource planning, budgeting, and strategic development.
• Supervise Chief of Staff office staff and collaborate across the facility
