Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Process Engineer for its Jacksonville, IL facility. You will drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot production processes, and develop maintenance strategies to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will lead a technical team, manage budget aspects, and collaborate with PET Group to scale up new processes, while embracing Lean practices and smart problem solving.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years of applicable technical experience.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or related process improvement methods is a plus.
• Experience with CAD and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and solve process issues.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of the process and equipment.
• Develop maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Ensure process stability and drive improvement using DOE and standard work.
• Lead and coach a technical team in the assigned area.
