  • Solid understanding of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.

  • Manage all aspects of plan administration for a portfolio of clients.
  • Engage directly with clients and interpret plan documents.
  • Perform compliance testing and prepare annual reports.

Retirement Plan Administrator – Join a Collaborative, Client-Focused Team

A well-established, boutique retirement plan consulting and administration firm is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Retirement Plan Administrator to join the team. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do
As a valued team member, you’ll manage all aspects of plan administration for a portfolio of clients. You’ll engage directly with clients, interpret plan documents, calculate contributions, perform compliance testing, prepare annual reports, and provide support with distributions, loans, and regulatory filings. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain accurate records will be vital to your success.

  • This is a full-time position
  • Additional hours may be required during tax season
  • Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experience. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience withReliussoftware (required for remote candidates)
