Candidates must be able to perform investigative work and convey findings in a succinct and thorough manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials and a commitment to ethics.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to complete tasks in a timely, organized, and efficient manner.
• Active member of the Utah Bar or willingness to take the Utah State Bar exam as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and writing.
• Interviewing/interacting with clients and others.
• Conduct investigative work and convey findings in a succinct and thorough manner.
• Collaborate with shareholders and other attorneys to address challenging legal issues.
