Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas (ATCOT) seeks an Educational Coordinator to supervise all classes, students, and teachers in the Education Department. The role involves delivering religious instruction, coordinating Phase studies, and ensuring qualified teachers cover induction classes with PSNC training.

The Educational Coordinator will maintain inventory, track student progress, and report academic matters weekly to the Campus Director, working closely with Program and Vocational Coordinators

Qualifications

• Requires spiritual maturity and alignment with ASSEMBLIES OF GOD doctrine and ATCOT mission.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience; Teen Challenge ministry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of addiction issues and Christ-centered approaches; PSNC certification beneficial.
• Complete PSNC certification course; Effective Biblical Counseling course or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all classes, students, and teachers in Education Department.
• Provide religious instruction and oversee Induction/Phase studies.
• Ensure qualified teachers cover induction classes and PSNC training is applied.
• Maintain inventory of books and materials; track student hours and progress.
• Coordinate with Campus Director and other coordinators; report academic matters weekly.
