Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted veterinary license in Virginia.
• Current DEA registration when required by the assignment.
• Professional liability coverage or willingness to obtain coverage.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Clear, compassionate communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different practice environments and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
• Conduct examinations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
