Job summary

The position supports both shop work and customer-site field service, including valve removal, installation, and process control checks to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with inspection, disassembly, component replacement, assembly and testing of relief valves.
• Experience with on-site removal, installation and commissioning of valves at customer locations.
• Understanding of pressure systems and valve sizing within industrial environments.
• Calibration and set pressure adjustment using test stands to applicable standards.
• Diagnosing valve performance issues and identifying root causes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, disassemble, repair, and assemble pressure relief valves in accordance with procedures and standards.
• Perform diagnostics and testing; document repair findings and service reports.
• Support field service activities including removal and installation of valves at customer sites.
• Assist with process control checks to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Maintain tools and test equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
