Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Relief Route Driver in Carrollton, TX to deliver products on an established route and service micro markets. This full-time role offers a guaranteed minimum of $800 per week, with commission-based earnings after training, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50 lbs. The Route Driver will maintain inventory, build client relationships, and perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Preferred 1–2 years in customer service or 1 year related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license as applicable by state.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on an established route to micro markets.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper product distribution.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Prepare vehicle for daily routes and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Set up displays and promotion materials for customers.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
