Qualifications

• One to two years of recent medical care experience in an institutional setting.
• Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of home health or hospice experience (preferred).
• Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient/family/caregiver needs and provide nursing and supportive care.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Volunteers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, family and caregiver information.
