Job summary

St. Charles Health System in Bend, OR seeks a Registered Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology studies across multiple clinic locations, following department guidelines and maintaining high standards of patient care.

The role requires completion of a radiology program and current OBMI license with ARRT RT certification; BLS is needed or to be obtained within 6 months. Prior radiography experience is preferred; safety and PPE are emphasized, and shifts may vary by need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; radiology training program completed.
• Current OBMI license and ARRT RT certification required.
• Basic Life Support certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Preferred: MRI, BD, Mammography or CV/VI credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform Diagnostic Radiology examinations per department policies and protocols.
• Hold flexible work locations across clinic sites as directed by leadership.
• Maintain accurate medical records for radiology exams.
• Assist with chart abstraction, scheduling, and clerical duties as assigned.
• Ensure PPE use and infection control; maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Support student training and Lean initiatives within the department.
