Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy in Flint, MI is seeking a licensed pharmacist to lead patient care and operations. You will fill prescriptions accurately, maintain strong relationships with patients and staff, and uphold Meijer policies.

In this role you will mentor pharmacy technicians, ensure effective communication, and in the absence of the pharmacist in charge you will oversee daily operations. Bachelor’s or PharmD, immunization certification, and state licensure required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• Working knowledge of pharmacy system and policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Motivate team members to perform to their highest level.
