GapRx 340B Consultants, LLC seeks a licensed pharmacist to coordinate and supervise pharmacy services including preparation, administration, and dispensing of drugs and supplies. The role emphasizes clinical pharmacy services, MTM, and patient safety.

The candidate will interpret symptoms, provide professional advice, and ensure effective medication use while supporting the pharmacy's compliance and quality goals. This is a contract, on-site opportunity with Iowa locations.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years experience as a pharmacist.
• Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm. D or RPh) from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Currently licensed as a registered pharmacist in state of pharmacy.
• Possess supervisory/management skills to supervise the pharmacy.
• Team player.
• Thorough understanding of dosage administration, chemical compounds, medical brands.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems.
• Good organizing and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, clients, and employees.
• Integrity and compassion.
• Dependable in attendance and job performance.

Mansioni

• Review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality.
• Organize the pharmacy to identify products easily and quickly.
• Maintain control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and monitor their condition.
• Listen to customers to interpret needs and offer information and advice.
• Provide immunizations, blood pressure measurements, MTM and other services.
• Prepare medicine with correct dosages and materials for each patient.
• Keep records of patient history and activities regarding medication.
• Supervise and coordinate all pharmacy staff.
• Mitigate risks of DIR Fees by focusing on quality and compliance.
• Comply with all applicable laws and procedures.
• Any other duties related to the pharmacist role.
