Qualifications

Possess a current Pharmacist license in the state where employment is sought.
Graduate of a US School of Pharmacy or have passed a foreign equivalency exam.
Successfully passed the NAPLEX exam.
Ability to work at various locations and travel independently.

Responsibilities

Promote trust and respect among associates.
Answer questions about products and assist customers in the department and store.
Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
Provide drug counseling to customers and prescribers.
Receive RX orders and write them in accordance with state and federal laws.
Fill, label, and bag prescription orders accurately; ensure patient safety.
Maintain inventory and handle controlled substances records as required.
Engage in clinical activities and immunization services where trained.
Oversee department administration and resolve conflicts in manager's absence.
