Job summary

Boots is seeking a pharmacist who will deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety, ensure pharmacy compliance and continually improve care standards alongside a strong healthcare team.

You will mentor colleagues, develop team capabilities, and represent Boots within the community and with healthcare professionals. A collaborative, patient-centered mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
