ST. CHARLES HEALTH SYSTEM in Redmond, OR seeks an RN for the Operating Room to support multiple units across the OR suite.

This relief position provides patient- and family-centered care during the perioperative period and may involve shift rotations in a 3-room OR department. The RN will oversee care under the director/department manager, adhere to policy, and collaborate with caregivers, ensuring safe, effective perioperative experiences for patients undergoing general, orthopedic, and GYN

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oregon is required.
• Ability to calculate dosages and administer medications accurately.
• Strong communication with patients, families and care teams.
• Perioperative or OR nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains nursing knowledge in line with ST. Charles Health System policies and Oregon regulations.
• Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care using clinical judgment.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Participates in quality improvement and departmental activities.
