Qualifications

• Support the manufacturing process and solve operational tasks.
• Start up new and existing machinery and line components for continuous improvement.
• Provide assistance to other team members and production employees as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality policies.
• Keep workspace clean and organized to maximize safety and productivity; offer improvement ideas.
• Attend job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping and other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running and monitoring manufacturing lines on the Glasgow VA shift.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and production quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement projects and line up equipment as needed.
• Maintain organized work area and comply with SOPs for efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Participate in required training and safety programs.
• Complete any additional tasks requested by supervision.
