Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials seeks a Relief Operator at the Harleyville, SC location to provide coverage for key roles including Production Technician, Quarry Operator, and Reclaim Operator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating loaders, dozers, excavators, haul trucks, etc.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and inspect quarry equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on crushing, conveying, packing, and shipping equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and drivers.
• Equipment experience with Skid Steer loaders , Front end loaders , Dozers, Excavators, Water Trucks, Fork Lift, and Locomotives.
• Operate locomotive and load and move rail cars meeting standard operating procedures.
• Able to perform required PMs on packing and bulk shipping equipment to ensure equipment reliability.
