Supports Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development, human resources, and quality care initiatives. Responsible for both clinical and administrative duties.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required). Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Required). Relevant experience may substitute for degree.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years as an RN in an acute care setting (Required). Clinical management experience (Preferred).
3. Licenses/Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PA Registered Nurse License (Required).
