Job description

Job Title: Nursing Services Coordinator

Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization. Ensures adequate nursing staff through effective management of nursing resources. Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital. Collaborates with department managers to facilitate patient movement and improve workflow. Supports Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development, human resources, and quality care initiatives. Responsible for both clinical and administrative duties.

Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required). Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Required). Relevant experience may substitute for degree.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years as an RN in an acute care setting (Required). Clinical management experience (Preferred).
  3. Licenses/Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PA Registered Nurse License (Required).
