You will provide individualized, goal-directed patient care using the nursing process, under general supervision, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

In this role you will lead department shifts, supervise assigned staff, and participate in shared governance and professional development to promote clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• RN licensure by SC Board or compact state.
• BSN preferred; ADN/diploma holders must enroll in BSN within 2 years and obtain BSN within 4 years.
