Job summary

Pursuit in Lodge Grass, MT is hiring for a Front Desk/Night Audit role. You will audit and balance credit card transactions, post banquet event orders, and prepare the next day for arrivals.

You’ll register guests, issue keys, coordinate with night security and maintenance, print daily reports, log wake-up calls, and support guests and teammates. Training provided; starting wage $20/hour; strong team culture at Pursuit.

Qualifications

• Front Desk/Night Audit experience is preferred but training is offered.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guests.
• Able to work solo or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Audit and balance credit card transactions

• Set property management system to following day
• Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, provide instruction to bell staff when necessary
• Communicate with night security, report any guest issues
• Communicate with night maintenance to report any issues
• Print next day reports for arrivals, departures, vacant rooms, etc
• Ensure guest wake up calls are logged into phone system
• Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
• Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
