Job summary

The Merchandiser - Large Store Relief position with Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) involves building displays, replenishing shelves, racks and cold equipment to ensure product visibility and availability.

Daily duties include store-level merchandising, maintaining equipment care, rotating products, and coordinating with Sales Supervisors and Delivery Drivers to maximize in-store impact and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and valid driver's license required.
• PPE provided and compliance with safety policies.
• High school diploma or GED, or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves, racks and cold equipment.
• Sell and execute merchandising at store level.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and equipment.
• Maintain product integrity; ensure clean coolers and racks to company standards.
• Organize breakage/out-of-date product and collaborate with leadership on opportunities.
