  • Full-time 80 hours per fortnight, 12 months Fixed Term

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, innovative individual who excels in problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join us in our Secretarial Services team. This superstar will be working as a Relief Support Coordinator for our busy Teams across Health NZ.

Your main responsibility is to provide accurate and efficient administration/secretarial duties while providing professional support to both external and internal customers.

About You

You will need to be self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven in this ever-changing environment. You will have a passion for making a difference, achieving results, and be hungry for a challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience in healthcare administration and take the next step in their career.

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in a busy administrative role; healthcare experience is an advantage. You must be able to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail.

You will also need the following key attributes and skills:

  • 2 years + experience in an administration/secretarial role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in scheduling and arranging meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Great communication and relationship skills
  • An ability to work autonomously but still love being part of a team
