CrossReach is seeking a dedicated Handyperson on a relief basis to join our team. Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will help keep our building safe, well-maintained, and fully operational for service users, staff, and visitors, creating a welcoming environment.
Ideal candidates will have basic maintenance, DIY, or repair skills, a flexible approach, and the ability to work independently while communicating with contractors and management. Full training will be provided; PVG checks are required.

The ideal candidate will be practical, reliable, and proactive, with a positive approach to problem-solving. You will be comfortable working independently and communicating effectively with colleagues, contractors, and management.

As a Christian organisation, you will need to have a respect for all aspects of Christian worship.
You will also need to become a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice.
