Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Relief Counselor in Worcester, MA to provide direct support and help individuals live independently while supporting daily living needs in a safe, engaging environment.

You will contribute to person-centered plans, assist with community resources or transportation, and promote growth and community involvement within a trauma-informed workplace that values self-care and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
