Job summary

Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Food Services professional for a relief, full-time position at the Burnet Campus. Shifts run 8.5 hours between 10:30am and 11pm, totaling 40 hours weekly, with a mandatory every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday rotation.

Responsibilities include staffing coverage, meal preparation and delivery, dietary tray assembly, and maintaining food safety and patient service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: 8.5 hour shifts scheduled between 10:30am–11pm, 40 hours/week.
• Provide staffing coverage across Food Services as needed.
• Prepare, serve, stock, and replenish food and beverage items.
• Assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders when assigned.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards.
• Support cash handling, inventory, stocking, and other operational duties as assigned.
• Adapt to changing work locations, assignments, and departmental needs.
