Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking Direct Care Counselors (Relief) for our Transitional Housing Program in Manchester, NH.

This residential and day program provides clinical, vocational services and life skills support for adults living with mental illness working toward independent living. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, offering ongoing support and guidance, and helping participants improve personal responsibility, social and living skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling.
• Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills and living skills.
• Must be able to take trainings specific to this program; nights and weekends availability required.
