Job summary

Advocates is looking for dedicated Staff in Framingham, MA, to provide non-medical care to individuals with disabilities, including Autism and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• At least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Bilingual in Portuguese & Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and supervision to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities and light housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with families and peers to implement care plans.
