Job summary

KEG 1 Iowa, LLC is seeking a Relief Account Manager to cover routes in the Des Moines area during team absences, ensuring uninterrupted service and top-tier product delivery. You will collaborate with experienced Account Managers to maximize sales, maintain retailer partnerships, and manage merchandising, displays, and promotions across the footprint.

You will develop pre-plans, keep POS current, ensure product freshness, and communicate with store owners and managers to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of prior sales experience.
• Licensing: Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities across brands, packages and promotions.
• Establish retailer partnerships and act as a consultant to drive distribution.
• Develop daily/weekly pre-plans to meet KEG 1 standards in the market.
• Maintain distribution levels and monitor shelf space and POS.
• Execute promotions at night and on weekends in on-premise accounts when applicable.
• Ensure product freshness and compliance with QA guidelines.
