Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Relief Account Sales Manager for River Cities, AZ and surrounding areas. The role focuses on up-selling, replenishment and merchandising to retain and grow large format accounts and on-premise customers.

You will support brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core and Bai across assigned territory, with a full-time schedule, early starts, and potential overtime. Responsibilities include pre-selling, shelf realignments, and ensuring optimal displays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, point-of-sale material, beverage section revamps, and service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations designed to maximize the sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of point-of-sale material according to company merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise KeurigDr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.
• Maintain adequate amounts of back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.

The Relief Account Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This person will be accountable for retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handling on-premise customers. Supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 am - until finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $23.69 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.94 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
