Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking an independent contractor to service a dedicated route across Fort Wayne and South Bend. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with optional additional work on other days. Routes run roughly 10:30 AM–3:00 PM, covering about 120 miles per route and around 10 daily stops.

Vehicles must be SUV or larger (2014 or newer). Applicants need a valid license, vehicle inspection, smartphone, and $300,000 liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ required.
• Own a vehicle that passes multi-point inspection.
• Smartphone capable of running driver app.
• Hold a valid driver's license and $300,000+ auto liability insurance.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment screening (driving record, background, drug).

Responsibilities

• Deliver cargo on time with reliability and courtesy.
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or mapping software.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service at stops.
• Adapt quickly to changes like traffic or address updates to ensure smooth deliveries.
