Medical Arts Pharmacy in Monroe, CT is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. You will ensure medications arrive safely and on time, providing friendly, dependable service to our patients and community.

Responsibilities include delivering prescription items, collecting signatures and payments, and maintaining documentation and vehicle readiness. Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion (HIPAA awareness).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate-weight packages.
• Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver prescription medications and pharmacy products to patients’ homes and facilities.
• Handle and transport medications with care, maintaining proper packaging and confidentiality.
• Collect signatures, co-payments, and other required documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with patients and customers at each stop.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and report issues to pharmacy staff.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition.
