Responsibilities include delivering prescription items, collecting signatures and payments, and maintaining documentation and vehicle readiness. Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion (HIPAA awareness).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate-weight packages.
• Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus.

• Handle and transport medications with care, maintaining proper packaging and confidentiality.
• Collect signatures, co-payments, and other required documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with patients and customers at each stop.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and report issues to pharmacy staff.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition.
