Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a responsible Transporter to support our patients by safely transporting them to and from medical appointments and related activities using company vehicles.

Responsibilities include following the transportation schedule, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, assisting patients in entering and exiting, and transporting supplies as needed, with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles.
• Adhere to established transportation schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, maintaining any issues to supervisor immediately.
• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed.
• Transport supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
