Job summary

Marschall Line, Inc is seeking dependable School Bus Drivers to transport students safely and with excellent customer service. The position offers PAID TRAINING and welcomes applicants with no prior school bus driving experience.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, safe boarding and disembarking, keeping accurate records, and communicating with dispatchers. A valid license and clean driving record are required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and basic mechanical tasks.
• Experience with children or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes and maintain on-time arrivals.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Assist students during boarding and disembarking, including individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate route/ passenger needs to dispatch.
