Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to service Store #2873 in San Juan, PR. You will deliver products to customers, load orders, verify accuracy, and ensure on-time, safe delivery. The role requires maintaining vehicles and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

A valid driver’s license is essential, with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have at least a “meets expectations” rating on last performance appraisal.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other delivery-related documents.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform warehouse duties including tinting and mixing customer orders.
